July 6, 2021: What J. D. Vance Really Thought of Donald J. Trump

7/6/21: J.D. Vance, author of Hillbilly Elegy, is running as a Republican for a soon to be open U.S. Senate seat in Ohio.

Back in 2016, he proudly noted that he had voted for Evan McMullin, not for Trump. Vance went to Yale. So he’s no dope.

As for Trump’s anti-Muslim, anti-immigrant views, Vance described them at the time as “reprehensible.”

(Word for the day, Trump fans!)

Now he wants to win a GOP primary; so he’s lavishing Rejected-President Trump with all kinds of praise.

(Rep. McMullen is the guy who caught Rep. Kevin McCarthy on tape, saying he thought there were two people Putin paid: Rep. Dana Rohrabacher and…Donald J. Trump. McCarthy, now Minority Leader in the House of Representatives, at first denied he said any such thing. Then, when reporters told him they had tape, he said, okay, I did, but I was joking.)

AS FOR COVID, according to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, no one cares anymore. In a series of tweets she announces, “All voters are over Covid.”  “No one cares about the Delta Variant or any other variant.” “They are over covid & there is no amount of fear based screaming from the media that will ever force Americans to shut down again.” “Forced masks and vaccines will cause Dems to lose big.”

You might think the people getting hospitalized and dying were the ones losing “big.” Not according to Rep. Greene.

BLOGGER’S NOTE: Greene finally goes too far and has her Twitter account terminated because she’s a liar. The same week Greene goes on her rant, 37 people in her state die from the virus; but the Delta variant proves stunningly transmissible. Starting in August, at least 200 Georgians will die for thirteen weeks in a row.

The toll in the week ending on Sept. 4, will be 815.

When I check the website for the Georgia Department of Public Health, on February 5, 2022, I see that 102,311 people in the state have been hospitalized with the virus – meaning massive medical bills for tens of thousands.

Twenty-four minors have died – but sure, “Dems” will lose big, and a total of 27,501 people in the state are dead.

MEANWHILE, in right-wing circles this picture of a whiteboard filled with “links” proving everything is part of a giant conspiracy is taking off.

Look! Lots of arrows! This proves Donald Trump is still really president!

Or something.

Mike Lindell loves it.
