9/2/18: The president spends the day at the White House, relaxing after a hard day of tweeting and golfing Saturday.
He could get busy and try to speed the process of reuniting the 497 children separated from their parents along the border, some five years old and younger, many torn from mothers and fathers months ago.
Nah. Too much effort.
BLOGGER’S NOTE (October 2020): The Trump
administration turns out to be not only cruel but inept. Having separated
thousands of young children from their families, the Justice Department admits
that the parents of 545 children have still not been found, and children
not returned. This may be Stephen Miller’s cruel and enduring legacy.
You can justify stopping people at the border; you can't justify losing the parents. |
